Tai Chi
This beginner-friendly class introduces the flowing movements of Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese martial art known for promoting relaxation, balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. Whether you're looking to improve mobility, reduce stress, or simply move with more awareness, this class is a great fit.
No experience is necessary. Movements are taught step-by-step, with a focus on mindfulness, posture, and breathing. Perfect for adults and seniors, and adaptable to individual needs or limitations.
Bring to Class: Loose clothing, comfortable shoes, and a water bottle
Classes are taught by Mr. Zakh Peterson (2nd Degree Black Belt), a certified instructor with American States Karate.
