What to Expect: In each 90-minute session, we’ll dive into the best of what’s growing right now—from June’s fragrant herbs to August’s heavy-on-the-vine tomatoes. This isn't a high-pressure culinary school environment; it’s a space to attend, learn, share, and laugh. We’ll focus on simple techniques that let high-quality, local ingredients do the heavy lifting. Whether you’re a kitchen pro or a total beginner, come pull up a stool.
