The Art of Focaccia Bread Baking & Veggie Design

Discover the joy of artisan baking and turn a classic Italian bread into a vibrant edible canvas just in time for the holidays! In this hands-on, interactive workshop, you’ll learn the essential techniques for mixing, proofing, and achieving the perfect dimpled texture on scratch-made focaccia dough. Then, let your creativity shine during the design phase! Using a colorful array of fresh garden vegetables—including sweet bell peppers, tomatoes, fresh herbs, red onions, and olives—you will arrange your own stunning floral landscape or geometric mosaic on an 8x12-inch baking sheet. A local professional baker will guide you through dough-handling tips, oil distribution, and veggie placement to ensure your masterpiece bakes beautifully. You’ll leave class with a warm, fragrant, custom-designed artisan loaf ready to show off at your dinner table—and the skills to recreate it at home! All premium ingredients, toppings, and tools are provided.

Allergen Notice: This class uses wheat/gluten as a primary ingredient. Ingredients and fresh toppings may also contain or be processed in a facility that handles dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
