High School Gymnastics Prep & Conditioning

Designed specifically for gymnasts planning to join or compete on the high school team, this clinic focuses on refining technique, advancing skill levels, and preparing for the upcoming season. Instruction emphasizes detailed drill work to clean up current skills and safely build progression toward new, higher-level elements. Gymnasts will receive tailored feedback from a judge's perspective to understand how routines are evaluated and maximize their execution marks. Each session incorporates dedicated strength and mobility conditioning to ensure athletes enter the season in peak physical shape and reduce the risk of injury.

Attire Requirements:

Leotards or singlets are strongly encouraged. Athletic wear must be completely free of buttons, snaps, or zippers to protect the equipment and ensure safe spotting and training.
