The Punch card will allow you to attend 8 classes.  Classes will be held on most Mondays and Wednesdays.  The punch card is non-refundable and expires on May 26, 2027.  Once you pay for the punch card, it will be given to the instructor who will use it to keep track of the 8 classes.

Please bring Ripstix if you have a set, otherwise the instructor has a few sets available for use.  Feel free to bring a yoga mat if you wish.   

Locating your classroom: Please enter through Door #11, located on the west side of the Community Education Building. You’ll recognize it by the gray double doors and the stairs with a railing. Once inside, follow the hallway straight ahead; the Mind Body Studio will be the first door on your left. Please check in at the kiosk in the entry.
